Andrew “Drew” Jason Osuna-Ngou (fondly known as “SEER”) was born April 1, 1980 in Santa Rosa, California as the only child of Carmen Osuna Francois and Robin Ngou. Through his mother, Drew had three brothers (Charles, Erik-Jon, and Michael) and a sister (Jennitri). Through his father, he had two sisters (Angelica and Raelynn).

Drew was inquisitive and independent from an early age. He took pride in caring for himself, and had an impeccable sense of style. Drew was raised in San Francisco. He was a very proud San Franciscan. He repped Frisco everywhere he went. His ties to the city run deep. He was named after his great-grandfather, Andrew Wong, who was a well-known and respected pharmacist in San Francisco Chinatown. He made it his mission to fight the gentrification threatening to snuff out the vibrant culture of Frisco.

Like many in the Bay, Drew was a successful entrepreneur involved in a host of ventures. Professionally, Drew was most proud of his Seerious Strains venture, and the mentorship he provided to others on their journey to entrepreneurship.

Above all else, being a father was Drew’s proudest accomplishment. He gave his daughters the gift of life, and they greatly enriched his in return. Drew dreamed of the life he wanted to give them before they were born, and spent every day until his last making that dream a reality. Though their time together was short, Drew was his best when he was with them.

Drew had a big heart, so to say he would give you the shirt off his back is an understatement. In his 39 years, he lived many lives filled with excitement, love, joy, pain, passion, failure, and success. He lived out loud, and was never afraid to take risks. Along the way, God blessed Drew with many friends. He selected a few of them to be part of his chosen family. If you were fortunate enough to have Drew in your corner, you never doubted his love and loyalty—both of which are in short supply today. He loved spending time with family (especially his daughters), fishing with friends, watching a great game, and eating good food.

Drew left the cares of this world behind on June 16, 2019. He was preceded in death by people he loved deeply: father Robin Ngou, paternal grandmother Lillian Ngou, and maternal grandfather Juan Osuna Góngora.

Among those left to cherish his memory are daughters, Mila Marie Ngou and Aleah Rose Ngou; maternal grandmother, Amada Osuna Góngora; mother, Carmen Osuna Francois (Chris); stepmother Bridget Stewart; brothers Charles Elam Gibson III, Erik-Jon André Gibson, Michael Worlow and stepbrother Michael Stewart; sisters Angelica Gomez, Raelynn Ngou, and Jennitri Osuna Góngora; first cousin and bonus sister Christina “Krea” Gomez (Charles Jones); and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and chosen family members.

Drew’s work ethic, style, hustle, example of fatherhood, and love for the Bay will forever be unmatched. Those fortunate to have known him will miss him deeply, but are grateful he now has eternal peace.

FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING.
