Thorough Vetting. Seer Security, Inc. only hires guards that have obtained a license from the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). Obtaining the license requires completion of an 8 hour training course. Maintaining the license requires an additional 32 hours of training, along with an 8 hour annual refresher course. In addition to obtaining licensure, Seer Security Guards are personally interviewed by members of the company leadership team. They are thoroughly vetted through a rigorous interview process that includes a references and background check.

Collaboration. Our unarmed security guards work closely with law enforcement officials to observe and report suspicious activity, prevent theft, prevent injury, and protect our clients. The chief duty of our unarmed security guards is to prevent theft and harm to clients and their assets. A lead guard with years of private security experience is assigned to each account. This is done to ensure Seer Security Guards are always operating at the very high level company leadership and our clients deserve and expect.

Asset and Personnel Protection. Unarmed security guards are an effective deterrent to those seeking to engage in criminal activity such as theft, armed robbery, kidnapping, assault, or battery.
